2024-07-16 - Something to think about

She didn't like fighting.

The emotions coming from the pair were strong, full of malice. Something had gone wrong between the two, though what Challeanoth didn't know. At first they thought it was just dislike but the barbs that they threw at each other hurt.

They must have been close once.

Most of their fight, Challeanoth ignores, the language rough, but then there's an interesting exchange. Wrong color? Worst pick? They hadn't realized that there might be challenges in what was to come, and the idea that a pairing might not be perfect? She was going to have to think more about that.

She hopes that her mother is right, that it is only stress that has the pair fighting, but yet, it seemed deeper than that. Like things had finally boiled over.

This had been interesting, and they had a lot to think about.
