2024-07-16 - Dreams of Water in the Desert

At first glance, the Dreams of Water in the Desert is still and silent. It has some people concerned that it was hurt in the rockfall, but there are no visible scratches or dents.

It is a small sturdy egg that is heavier than it looks. It is not the smallest of the clutch, even if at first glance it looks as if it could be. It is deceptively small, thanks to being half-buried in the sand, and rather round in shape. It is almost completely round, and could very easily be described as a very very large marble.

It is primarily a sea blue, the shell underneath the color smooth. The rest of it is rough, a bumpy scratchy texture of brown that seems to be slowly taking over the entire egg.

They do not seem to have a very strong mindvoice, as the voice isn't solid, fluttering in and out as she chooses to speak. It doesn't linger much longer than the words that are said, there is a lightness there that makes her words hard to hold onto.

Most of time anyways.

Sometimes though, when it needs to be, when Challeanoth needs it to be, it is surprisingly firm, a gust of wind that pushes instead of just floating past. A sandstorm that blasts against the one listening. It is a rare occurrence, and even then, it never lasts long.

They are a quiet egg as a whole, prone to introspection and observations. They feel strongly, and don't mind sharing their opinions, they're just not loud about them.
