2024-07-15 - 7.1.4- The Chariot

The first glimpse, on the Chariot's approach, is enough to catch Diath's attention. His mind is simple from a distance, solid and strong. There's a promise in it, of success, of progress. Whatever their goals, together they would reach them. Diath has no real goals besides hatching and bonding, but it reached out as he came nearer, all curiosity and wondering if maybe he could find them goals to share...

The touch of his hand to it's shell sends Diath darting back into itself with a quickness.

His mind is strong, solid, forceful. Diath can't describe it, the feel against it's mind, other than it being there in the moment before it can pull away. All he gets is a fleeting glimpse of curiosity, welcome, and the deep deep depths. A long moment of nothing, and he carries on to the next egg in the clutch. Thankfully.

Were it a braver creature, stronger, maybe there would be something there. In the way his mind passed through the bright lights to the endless black.

But probably not.
