At times, Omen would prefer not to be spoken to. Or about. Or referenced in groups. Or perceived, as a whole or in parts.
When this is not the case, of course, Omen prefers they/them as pronouns. Because there are multiple of them in here, and the plural is the only accurate form of address. Now, that said, sometimes they feel that she/her would work. Other times only he/him is acceptable. Together, the decided to accept they/them so as to keep the Others from refusing to interact with them completely. The words were far too important for forms of address to stop their exchange.
Addressing Omen improperly gets one of two responses, as different as they are similar. Either you will get an incredibly polite response correcting your errors and talking your ear off about how to do better in the future, or you will simply get a cold "Not my [name/pronoun/other thing you did wrong]."
Omen finds themselves both and neither on most scales. They are as Mother, but also not. As Father, and also not.
