They were not the first to know their name, nor would they be the last, but they were also not quick to reveal it. It was theirs, and they weren't sure that they wanted to share, though they knew they would.

When wearing it didn't feel so strange after so long of just being, when it no longer felt as if it was too large for their hide. And perhaps after a few others had already revealed theirs. They didn't like to stand out, after all.

And when they felt ready, it was less of an announcement, and more of a oh by the way, my name is Challeanoth. No nicknames, no shortening, just a long mouthful of a name. Their name.
