2024-06-19 - Catching Petals

It seems as if the very instant that existence gets boring some new and wonderful occurrence appears!

This time it is not something as paltry as mere emotions or existential crisis. This time it feels something else on the edges of its awareness.

Immediately this draws it's complete attention. There isn't merely a single new presence but many! They flutter through the edges of its existence and taunts the being by being to ephemeral to catch. These tiny fluttering sensations were nothing compared to Mother but they did at least give it something to focus on in her absence.

The being relaxes and idly tries to catch the elusive thoughts of its siblings as it will one day lay under an apple tree trulying to catch the falling petals.
