no. the Sun is not all. or at least, not all that there is.

what is holds, they do not know. but they do know that there is more, and that there has always been more.

the coming and going of the Sun brings the horizon into view. near shore and far. the addition and subtraction of her (her?) presence creates distance between them, seeds of recognition sprouting in the vacuum.

the little world is not so little. nor is it a world. not just a world. they Are. they are Them. they are Being. this is being. living.

or a kind of living, yet. they hoped they would do more of that, with time.
