2024-06-10 - Other, but still Self

More experience with the Difference, the missing piece, helped Omen understand. They were other than the mother-feeling. The slow realization helped the difference not feel so cold. Of course it wasn't cold, Omen had themselves, they were fine. They weren't alone. They started to test the balance, that other-feeling. Could they, different from the mother-feeling, affect the mother feeling? Were they the cause of the difference?

In the end, they were simply them, and they were content to bask in the mother-feeling while it was there, and explore their other-feeling when it was gone.
