2024-06-09 - A Few Grains

First, there is heat, and warmth. It is all around them, there is no line between the self and their surroundings. All is one, so far as they’re aware.

There is a presence, a blanket or perhaps a bed, or both, that is the warmth around them. Snug, protected in its embrace, and maybe…smothered? by it as well. It is safe where it’s at, but is that the best way for them to be? They don’t have enough knowledge yet, nor experience, to even start to formulate basic concepts let alone questions.

And until they do, they will stay in the comfortable place and wait to see what comes. Because ultimately, they have little choice to do otherwise.
